01. Eligibility & Minimum Age

Every member who registers is fully responsible for ensuring they are eligible to use the platform before making any deposit or participating in any game.

• Keep your personal information up to date whenever changes occur — particularly your phone number and withdrawal details — to ensure your withdrawals are processed without any issues.
• Not transferring, selling or giving your ge33 account to any other party. Each account is the exclusive property of its registered holder.

Ge33 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found to have violated these terms, provided false registration information, or displayed signs of fraud or suspicious activity. In such cases, any remaining credit balance in the account may not be refunded, depending on the outcome of ge33's internal investigation.

• Ge33 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member account without prior notice if a breach of terms, fraud, money laundering or any other illegal activity is detected.
• Account termination does not affect ge33's right to seek remedies for any breach that occurred prior to termination.
• These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through ge33's customer support channels will be referred to an arbitration body mutually agreed upon by both parties.
• If any provision within these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be severed and will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
• The Malay version of these Terms & Conditions is the primary reference for Malaysian members. In the event of any inconsistency between language versions, the Malay version shall prevail.
